Spring is springing here in the PNW! Hope everyone is enjoying the flowers and warming weather. As we move out of Winter's rains, now is a good time to consider cleaning your roof, gutters, and windows. If you need resources to help with those (or any other Spring cleaning chores), just ask!
The NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) continues to report increasing inventory, sales, and pricing. It's beginning to sound like a looping message -- there's still more buyers than sellers (inventory) so prices continue up with multiple offers happening more often.
But, mortgage rates are flat to slightly lower from last month. (Mortgage Rates Since 1971)
